Competella is a native Skype for Business (Lync) independent software vendor who develops advanced Contact Centers, Attendant Console and complementary Office User add-on’s.
Our aim is to improve and optimize the communication between businesses (our clients) and their customers by developing a modular multi-media channeling solution – the Competella UCS (Unified Communication Suite). With our Unified Communications Suite we help customers migrate from their legacy PBX in their own pace to Skype for Business and the Competella UCS.
The companies which use the Competella solutions carry on business within various industries in both the public and private sector – our more than 400 customers vary in size from around 100 employees to 100,000 employees globally.
The Competella UCS is available both as a multi-tenancy cloud platform as well as an on-premises solution and are sold through a professional network of cloud-partners and system-integrators who focus on delivery and consultancy around Universal Communication – Skype for Business and the Competella UCS.
Competella AB was established in early 2009 by six highly skilled partners with a long track record of developing and marketing applications on a global market and a long-standing co-operation with operators, system integrators and platform vendors like Microsoft , Cisco, Ericsson, Aastra, Alcatel and Avaya, distributing products indirectly through their channel partners.
Competella is working closely with partners for marketing and sales and have technology cooperation and partnership with platform vendors and operators.
The company is an ISV Development Partner to Microsoft, participating in the Microsoft Technology Adaption Program and is qualified for both Microsoft Lync 2010, 2013 and Skype for Business.
The core of the company is a team of highly skilled senior developers each with more than 15 years’ experience designing Attendant Console and Contact Center applications, which are used by more than 2000 businesses and organizations.
