Welcome to our Partner System Engineer Certification training

Date: February 8-10th, 2022 

Time: 09.00-16.00 CET (OBS optional on-prem specifics takes place the first day 13.00-16.00). Lunch 12.00-13.00 every day.

Target group: This training are for those who are working in a more technical role for a new or existing partner to Competella. You can for example work as a System integrator, System administrator, Cloud Engineer, UC Specialist, Technical Project Manager or a Solution Architect.

Certification: The training course is also a part of the Competella partner program for certification of silver and gold partners.

Welcome to our mini webinar series – Competella Microsoft Teams native Attendant Console solution

Date: Choose a date - , February, 10th , April 26th or June 15th 2022.

Time: 30 minutes

Target group: This 30-minute webinar is aiming at you who is looking for an Attendant Console solution that is powered by Microsoft Teams. You can for example work in a Switchboard, be a provider of cloud solutions, a reseller or an existing customer that want to know more about our SaaS-solutions.  No matter what size your company is or if you still are on Skype for Business or have an old PBX-solution but going to Teams Telephony, you are welcome to this introduction of Microsoft Teams native Competella Switchboard solutions.

Orange Business Services increase their Microsoft Teams offering with Competella Attendant solutions.

Stockholm, Sweden Orange Business Services and Competella AB forms a new partnership. The partnership is global, and Orange will resell the Competella Attendant Console solutions for Microsoft Teams Phone system. Ulf Blomkvist, CEO at Competella -We are pleased that we together with Orange, have entered into an agreement where Orange Business Services, globally, will re-sell the Competella Communication Suite for Teams. 2 additional functions in Competella Communication Suite

2021-05-06 Stockholm Today we release 2 more functions in our Communication Suite (Cloud/SaaS Teams solutions): Consult Call - Now you can call a searched person before you transfer the call from the Attendant Console and Contact Center Enterprise and Call Back - Now a caller can choose to call back when waiting in line on a queue and keep the placement in queue. Call back is available as an add-on for queues on both Contact Center Enterprise and Attendant Console. For more information about the new functionalities contact us Click here
