Competella Contact Centers and Attendant Console now supports Office 365 Cloud PBX

We are happy to announce that customers can use our professional Contact Centers and Attendant Console with the Office 365 Skype for Business cloud. Audiocodes and Competella already have a joined solution in production at a customer site, where the Competella Contact Center solutions was successfully implemented on top of the Cloudbond 365 appliance. Competella has joined the 3rd party validation partnership program with Audiocodes and will perform stress tests to complete the certification.

Cisco line-state presence is now supported in Competella Attendant Console for customers who needs a hybrid setup or wants to migrate to Skype for Business

Several enterprise customers want to migrate from Cisco to Skype for Business - Competella can now offer customers in a hybrid setup with Cisco Call Manager 6.0 -1X.0 and Skype for Business an even better support as the Operators now have line-state presence available in the directory for both Cisco and Skype for Business end-points.

The Competella Contact Centers supports Jabra and GN Resound worldwide

Competella have through a Danish partner replaced a global Aspect Contact Center with the Competella Contact Center Enterprise solution. Jabra will in the future be serving their customers using the solution from Competella. Read the full story under "customers"
